Some of the codes from the original Spyro 3 carried over into the Reignited Trilogy, and are usable in all of the games. These are entered in at the pause menu. Enter the code a second time to turn the code off.
This means that Crash Bandicoot 4 is a direct sequel to N. Sane Trilogy, and everything that came after the original Crash Bandicoot 3 is no longer deemed as canon.
